Welcome to Soul Shine Therapy, where my mission is to create a safe, nurturing space for you to reconnect with yourself, integrate your life experiences, and shine from within.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I earned my Master's degree from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in 2015. Drawn to the inspiring landscape of Colorado, I relocated to continue my work with individuals across all life stages.

Before establishing Soul Shine Therapy, I dedicated my practice to helping youth and families in a residential, non-profit setting. This experience allowed me to develop expertise in trauma recovery, adaptive functioning, and community reintegration. Through this work, I gained valuable insights into serving diverse populations, fostering secure attachment, and building resilience.

I believe that mental wellbeing is essential to living a purposeful, joy-filled life. My approach is holistic, systemic, and strengths-based, guiding clients to create the future they desire while healing from past experiences. I customize interventions for each individual, helping them connect deeply with themselves, integrate mind and body, and realize their full potential.

Individual Therapy
I incorporate Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Client-Centered Therapy along with ego-state and somatic techniques in my work at Soul Shine. I prioritize the creation of a safe and secure relationship with clients in order to enhance their ability to create a deep and meaningful evolution of their daily life and relationships.
Trauma Therapy
At the core of my practice is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I utilize this powerful, evidence-based therapy to help clients process traumatic memories and build internal resilience. EMDR integrates behavioral, cognitive, emotional, and somatic approaches for comprehensive healing. Beyond trauma recovery, this versatile approach effectively reduces anxiety and depression symptoms, helps replace maladaptive coping mechanisms with healthier alternatives, and fosters a renewed sense of self-efficacy and empowerment.

Scheduling & Payment FAQs
Do you offer a consultation?
Yes! I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to assure that I am a good fit for you before an initial therapy session. We will discuss your treatment needs as well as a general treatment overview of Soul Shine services.
What are the fees?
$175.00 per 50-minute session.

Longer sessions are prorated according to the standard 50-minute rate.
How does payment work?
Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, check, or credit card. With credit card payments, clients will be automatically charged through the secure client portal after each session. I do not accept insurance at this time to maintain the highest confidentiality of the client and freedom in treatment. I am happy to generate a monthly invoice, or super bill, for you to provide to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance to make sure you have out-of-network benefits.
How does scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation work?
Please fill out the contact form below. I will then follow-up with you to schedule a phone consultation. If we agree to work together, I will then use email and/or phone to schedule all future sessions.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Rescheduling or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full for the missed session, as is outlined in the intake paperwork.
Where are sessions held?
I have increased availability online with secure and HIPPA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients throughout Colorado. I have limited availability in person in Denver, Colorado on Tuesday evenings.
How long is each therapy session?
I provide 50-minute individual sessions weekly or biweekly. Extended sessions or more frequent sessions are offered upon request.
